WHAT is a Post COVID-19 Contingency Plan?
Like Sept 11, 2011, the Covid-19 pandemic will be a pivotal event, changing the way we do things broadly and deeply. It’s too early to know how yet. And that’s why every small business needs a “Post COVID-19 Contingency Plan—” a set of potential actions you need to be ready to take to insure you’re prepared for any eventual outcome.  It requires a brutal look at how the pandemic has impacted your business, what you and your management team have learned, and what subsequent actions you need to take.

WHY have a Post COVID-19 Contingency Plan
In uncertain times, you can’t sit still and not move forward. The nightly news continues to influence our day-to-day. Yes, you have your Single Sheet Business Plan that includes high-level Values, your Why, and your BHAG and your long-range 3 to 5-year and 1-year goals. But in uncertain times like this post-pandemic period, you want to make an additional smaller, near-term plan. It’s a forecast to insure your business stays not just solvent, but profitable, and even stronger than before.

HOW to make a Post COVID-19 Contingency Plan
Start by creating 3 financial scenarios—best-case, worst-case, and middle-of-the-road-case—and the impact of each on the business of each scenario. You’ll also look at employee, supplier, and industry changes. Click here to get the details and make your plan today.

A Post COVID-19 Contingency plan will give you confidence that you can handle whatever comes along.
Thank You, Inspire Results!
“These meetings are great! Thank you for letting me join in!”

“It’s great to hear what other business owners are doing.”

“Great ideas heard today!”

That’s what business owners are saying about the “Back to Business Roundtable.”

It’s free. It’s easy to register. It’s easy to join. It’s even easy to participate… if you want to share, we love it. If you just want to listen in, we love that too. You’re not required to identify yourself or share.

The Back to Business Roundtable is an informal sharing of practical, what-we-did-in-the-trenches-this-week answers and questions. It started as a small business crisis management discussion and now we talk about the challenges and successes of running our businesses in the ‘new normal.’

Email Kena and she’ll send you the link to jump on the virtual meeting – every Friday at 9am.

We are all navigating this new normal together. As we lock arms virtually and try to help one another in the ways we can, our vast world suddenly feels a little smaller and a lot more connected. And for that, we are grateful. - Michael Dell, CEO of Dell
