By the author of another book we use a lot,The Five Dysfunctions of a Team,Patrick Lencionisays that everyone has natural, God-given talents when it comes to work. He identifies 6 different types of talents, or geniuses, explaining that each if required for accomplishing any kind of endeavor. You can find it on Amazon or your local bookstore.
Also, Lencioni created an assessment that identifies the 2 areas that are considered your true geniuses, or gifts. It also identifies your 2 Working Frustrations and your 2 Working Competencies. You can go here if you’d like to complete the assessment. Note, there’s a small-ish cost.
